101 Narratives: Writing in Residence 2020/21
I’m thrilled to have taken up a Writers Residency at 101 Outdoor Arts – a unique creation space based on the former cruise missile site at Greenham Common. I will be working with 101 over the coming months to pen their unique story; from the origins of the site to the development of the Greenham Trust and the set up of the 101 Arts space.
I’ll be delving into the archives, interviewing key contributors to 101’s creative journey and exploring the exciting mix of creative works developed in the space today, from large-scale theatre to mechanical installations, puppetry and all women circus troupes – capturing narratives from the past and present linking people and place.
